Automation system: a microprocessor is used in the Airblock, with the help of which the operating parameters of the compressor are adjusted, and the condition of all systems is monitored. To ensure automatic operation, a modern and reliable electronic control system with a touch pressure sensor has been introduced.
Filtration system: along with the traditional air filter installed on the suction valve, all Airblock compressors are equipped with a pre-filter. It provides filtration of all air entering the compressor, which prevents dust from settling on the working mechanisms, and as a result, significantly reduces the risk of overheating.
Cooling system: The two-section radiator used in the compressor serves not only to cool the oil, but also the air. Due to this, the difference between the ambient temperature and the air temperature at the compressor outlet does not exceed 10 ° C.
Safety system: The emergency protection system consists of two independent devices. One thermal protection sensor is installed on the electric motor. Another sensor measures the temperature at the outlet of the screw pair.
Airblok DR: The main feature of Airblok DR models is the use of direct drive instead of belt drive. This design increases the reliability and efficiency of the compressor. It avoids losses during the transmission of torque, and the service life of the direct drive is practically unlimited.
Airblok SD: Airblok SD models with variable frequency drive are specially designed to save electricity. They ensure that the compressor performance exactly matches the actual demand for compressed air. Airblok SD maintains a constant operating pressure in the system with an accuracy of 0.1 bar and immediately responds to changes in network pressure.

Screw compressors of the New Silver series are the optimal cost–effective solution for car service, small production facilities and production sites.

To date , there are three variants of the layout:
- compressor without receiver (on the frame);
- compressor on a horizontal receiver with a volume of 200, 270 and 500 liters.;
- compressor on a horizontal receiver with a dehumidifier.
The new integrated screw pair has a minimum number of connections and wear elements, which increases the reliability of the compressor as a whole.
Automatic operation of the compressor is carried out using the electronic unit Easy Control. To ensure an optimal energy mode of operation, it is possible to adjust the compressor in the injection - idle – stop phases. The display shows the main parameters (mains pressure, temperature at the outlet of the screw unit, the hour counter in discharge mode and in idle mode), signals possible malfunctions, and also informs about the onset of the next maintenance.
An efficient cooling system is provided by an electric fan with an independent economical electric motor. The thermal relay prevents the compressor from failing due to overheating. A single-section radiator is used to cool the oil. For optimal thermal conditions, the compressor must be located at a distance of at least 1 meter from the wall.
The compressors of the New Silver D series are additionally equipped with a dehumidifier. This allows you to significantly reduce the amount of condensate at the compressor outlet (dew point +3 ° C).
